The service

Ruhu AI is an AI assistant for finance work. It helps you reconcile, compute, extract and understand — but it is decision-support, not professional advice. It is not a registered tax agent, accountant, lawyer or financial adviser.

No reliance — you stay responsible

AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every answer and for anything you file, submit or rely on. Always have a qualified professional confirm material conclusions. Ruhu AI does not file returns or represent you before any authority.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for data you have the right to process.
• Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.

Billing

Ruhu AI is pay-per-use: each message draws from your prepaid wallet based on the tokens used. Consumed credit is non-refundable. Prices and model availability may change.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruhu AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on its output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
